Welcome to the music of Four:AM! Why FourAm? Sleep issues such as insomnia, and night terrors have plagued my life.

FourAM was the magical time when they stopped. It became my solace & eventually my name.

The music I have worked so hard on for years now represents my life's witching hours, experiences & emotions. I took the night terrors, life's hurt, pain, excitement, victories, failures, collapses, anxieties, ups, downs, as well as good times, formed them into lyrics and songs, to create a fun, crazy, often dark way to express myself.

This became a quest to do in midlife which was spoken of since being a kid. Simply put, I want(ed) to be a rock star. I have come to terms that it ain't gonna happen, but what I can do is this:

Make music that evokes emotion, thought and provides a safe way to vent, but also not take it too seriously. After all, Metal and Rock is for fun!

I hope you will join me in this journey, to rock out, vent your frustrations, and celebrate music and life.
